• What does government do?
• How do leaders come to power?
• What roles does government play in every day lives? (ex. planning.  basic necessities, economy, etc)

"Shipwreck" brainstorm:

• Survival - goals?  Is there a need?
• Leader?  How to decide?
• Potential problems the leader(s) might face?
